What is a head spa?

More than a scalp massage.

A head spa is a scalp-focused treatment — closer to a facial for your scalp than to anything you'd get at the bowl during a regular service. We start with a scalp analysis, then layer in a custom treatment, deep cleanse, and an extended massage. You leave with a healthier scalp, calmer system, and hair that behaves differently for weeks.

We built two dedicated rooms for it. Most salons don't have one. We have two — designed around the experience, not retrofitted from a shampoo station.

Arrival + Scalp Analysis

60 & 90 min only · 5 min

Your stylist examines your scalp under magnification, noting oil levels, buildup, and any areas of concern. This guides every product choice.

Detox + Deep Cleanse

10–20 min

A specialized cleanse removes product buildup, excess oil, and impurities. Warm towels. Aromatic steam. The closest thing to a nap you'll get during business hours.

Custom Treatment

10–30 min

Serums and treatments are selected based on your scalp's specific needs — hydrating, balancing, or stimulating. Applied with precision, absorbed with time.

Massage

5–30 min

Pressure-point techniques release tension, stimulate blood flow, and extend the calm. Most guests close their eyes here and stay a while.

Optional Finish

Booked separately · 30+ min

Add a Blowout or Cut & Style if you'd like to leave polished. Otherwise, you'll leave with damp, conditioned hair and a reset scalp.

A regular shampoo is 5 minutes at the bowl during another service. A head spa is 30–90 minutes in a dedicated room with custom treatment, deep cleanse, and an extended massage. Different intent, different result.
Most guests notice the difference for 3–4 weeks. Monthly is the rhythm we recommend if you want it as ongoing scalp care.
